Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operational activities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures

  • Lead and support operational teams

  • Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and organizational objectives

  • Coordinate with departments to improve workflow and performance

  • Monitor budgets, resources, and operational costs

  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • MBA or Engineering degree from a recognized institution

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial-level experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
